The Framar Salon team has been recognized both nationally and internationally, winning numerous industry awards for our work and high level of service. These achievements have been recognized by the media as well including appearences in the Toronto Sun, Toronto Star, Salon Magazine, American Salon, Canadian Hairdresser, Modern Salon, North of the City and Lou Lou Magazine amonst others.

Salon Team Trainer

Mario Lupinacci has over 30 years of salon experience as owner and operator of several successful salons.

A member of the Salon Association (TSA) and Hairdresser Career Development Systems (HCDS), Mario remains a strong motivator to many professionals in the beauty industry assisting them in achieving their professional and financial goals through a positive attitude, continuing education and enthusiasm.

Mario is dedicated to training programs which focus on the "art of communication" and "systems for success" for his team and salon.


Creative Director

Frank Policicchio has over 25 years experience in the hairstyling industry. Having trained throughout Toronto, New York, London, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Minneaplois, Frank offers clients the latest techniques and style.  

Frank has styled for various fashion editorials and runway events including the Matinee Fashion Collections along with the Miss Canada and Miss Teen Canada Pageants.  

His numerous accolades include being named the Multi-Cultural Hairstylist of the Year and the Ontario Hairstylist of the Year. He has been a finalist for the North American avant-garde hairstylist of the year and four time finalist for Canadian Hair Stylist of the Year.  

He has appeared in the Toronto Sun, Toronto Star, Salon Magazine, American Salon and Canadian Hairdresser amongst others. Frank has also appeared on the make-over show "Images" on Life Network (now Slice) in Canada.  


Stylist and Colourist

Angelo Zambri is extremely active in the styling industry and continues to study internationally with leading teams such as Tony and Guy, Vidal Sasson, Mahogany and Patrick Cameron. Angelo has also worked closely with Aveda for over 20 years.

His work has been published in various trade magazines and newspapers including Salon Magazine and Canadian Hairdresser.
